We’re now taking orders for a Quarter Cow, Half Cow, Three Quarter Cow, and Whole Cow. To order Deutz Brothers dry aged beef, please complete the order form below. We will confirm your beef reservation by email.

What all comes in a quarter cow?

Steaks: 30 Ibs
Roasts: 12 Ibs
Ribs: 5 Ibs
Brisket 5 Ibs
Soup Bone: 5 Ibs
Ground Products: 65-68 lbs

 

Total lbs roughly (depends on cow size): 125 lbs

For a whole cow, just triple the values above.

Size of cow

You have selected an Eighth Cow. With a quarter cow, you'll receive approximately 60-65 Ibs of beef.

You have selected a Quarter Cow. With a quarter cow, you'll receive approximately 125 Ibs of beef.

You have selected a Half Cow. With a half cow, you'll receive approximately 250 Ibs of beef.

You have selected a Three Quarter Cow. With a three quarter cow, you'll receive approximately 375 Ibs of beef.

You have selected a Whole Cow. With a whole cow, you'll receive approximately 500 Ibs of beef.
