1/4 Beef

This is to reserve a beef Quarter and act as your deposit. We charge $2.85lb hanging weight plus processing costs. A quarter will be around 200-250 lbs hanging weight. Total cost, including processing, will be around $725-850 usually if sticking to the basics. Varies on weight. The amount of meat you receive depends on what cuts you do, hang time, size of animal, and the animal itself.
